Story
Ever since I was a kid, I've been captivated by everything Sanrio. Growing up in Hawaii in the 80’s and 90’s, it was just a part of your childhood. We didn't have much, and my parents worked incredibly hard to give us the small joys.
I'll never forget how excited I was when my dad bought me my first Pochacco pencil box- and how, with each of his paychecks we'd get to fill it with new treasures (Pens, pencils, erasers, clips, stickers and highlighters). Knowing how hard things were for them, those moments mean more to me than they will ever know. That magic, that feeling of pure excitement is what still inspires me today as I start this little business with my two girls!
I want my girls to feel that same joy. I want them to always know how much I deeply love them and how much they mean to me and their father. This business is for them- something we can bond over and share as a family. I want to pass on that feeling of wonder, surprise, and love with all of our customers!
What do you get with each scooparoonie?
- With each scoop you will receive beads that are associated with prizes, noted on our prize board.
- If you're super lucky, you can receive a Romi’s pick bead. Aurora or Amelia will pick you out a prize from anything within our store (Also give us a couple of your favorite items and we will keep that mind 😁)
- If you are ultra lucky, somewhere in our capsule prizes, we have Romi Scoops for prize items😆😆😆
- With each scoop there is a chance to get duplicates and triples but what about 4 or more beads. Well we decided to make it a little interesting and give you several different options to upgrade for different items, if that’s what you wish!
